We will aim to have your order sent to you within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays and covid situation.
Delivery Charges
The Inspirational offers free delivery Australia wide for all orders $150 and over. We offer $11 standard shipping or $20 express shipping for all other orders within Australia.
We also offer click and collect on some items.
International orders must contact us directly for freight quotes.
Remote Locations
Please note that that there are limitations on all courier networks and some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
International Orders
We are happy to accept international orders. International orders must contact us directly for a freight quote at theinspirationalstudio@gmail.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery & on rare occasions, up to 6 weeks. International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.
Please note that all items with free shipping in Australia will incur a delivery fee for international delivery.SHIPPING

What are your delivery times?
Items will be packed and sent with in 2 days of payment being received. Due to current transport issues delivery may take longer than expected to the east coast – please be patient as this is out of my control
What do I do if my item is Broken/faulty/not what I ordered?
Please contact me as soon as possible – theinspirationalstudio@gmail.com with a photo/s of the damaged item and its packaging. We will send you a replacement item and if the item is no longer available we will refund the items cost.
What is the refund policy for The Inspirational Studio?
All items sold are new unless stated other wise. Please insure the items you purchase are what you are after as we do not accept returns on the “changed mind” or “its not what I expected”. This means returns will be at the cost of the buyer.
To receive a refund all of the item must be returned in original packaging and sent with tracking (again at the buyers cost).
Clothing Returns – In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with item purchased; we accept returns on the basis that the item is unworn, in “NEW” condition, has the hang tag intact and in its original packaging (final sale items are non refundable). We reserve the right to deny a refund if we find the item is not in the condition we sent it out in. We provide full refund of the items cost if returned within 14 days of receiving it, with a tracking number and signature required – postage will be refunded at the standard shipping price of $11.00. We do not accept returns on personal hygiene products, Superfeast , health supplements or anything that is to be consumed or put onto the body (other than clothes and accessories) due to the nature of such items and health and safety we cannot resell these types of items – we are sure you understand.
